Omitting the LC_COLLATE parameter takes the settings from the template database. The effect is visible when using a locale that contains special characters.
This parameter controls the string sort order in the ORDER BY clause. The LC_COLLATE parameter specifies the collation order of the new database. The ENCODING parameter determines the character set encoding in the new database. Omitting the TEMPLATE parameter sets template1 as the default template database. The TEMPLATE parameter allows you to specify the template database from which to create the new database. Omitting the OWNER parameter means that the database owner is the role used to execute the CREATE DATABASE statement. The OWNER parameter assigns the database owner role. The available parameters for creating a database are: > on the columns and Action tabs are greyed out.The output shows a list of available databases and their characteristics. Also, even if there are multiple tables, and the references table is correct, you still have to change it to another option then change it back to get the columns in the "referencing" dropdown to show up. You must first change the "references" option, which is impossible if there is only 1 table. As a side note, if there is only 1 other table in the schema, the "references" drop down will default to it, but you cannot select a column from "referencing" from the default dropdown option. The columns field is greyed out, so I click the edit icon (If i enter a name, it populates to the name field under general).A row appears where i can click edit, trash or enter a name, I also see a red banner at the bottom saying "Please Specify Columns for foreign key.Click Constraints > Foreign Key and click Add.
